Terms and Conditions for eQuranClasses

When you register for online Quran classes for yourself or your children at eQuranClasses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  • Class Recordings for Quality Assurance: All classes are recorded to ensure high quality and mutual coordination. If you have concerns about this, please share them. Details are also included in our privacy policy.
  • Payment Terms: At the end of the free trial, you have to decide whether to continue with our services or not. Dues will be collected in advance to continue with our services. Failure to meet the deadlines may result in a temporary suspension of Quran classes.
  • Late Payment Policy: eQuranClasses reserves the right to suspend classes if payment is more than seven days overdue unless a valid reason is provided.
  • Class Reservation Fee: If you wish to pause your classes and later resume with the same teacher and schedule, we will require payment in full to reserve your slot.
  • Absence and Leave Policy: Leaves taken will still require payment if you retain your schedule and teacher, as we cannot allocate your reserved time to other students. No make-up classes are offered for absences longer than 5 consecutive days.
  • Missed Classes: Students missing a class without prior notice (except in emergencies) will be marked absent, and make-up classes will be subject to teacher availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: To reschedule your class, an intimation would be required six hours before the start of class through the proper channel.
  • Extended Absences: eQuranClasses enrollment will be cancelled without prior notice if the student is absent for more than two weeks. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Confidentiality: Do not share personal contact or payment information with teachers. eQuranClasses is not liable for the misuse of such information.
  • Teacher Rotation: We reserve the right to change teachers as necessary to maintain the quality of instruction.
  • Teacher Changes: If a teacher is no longer available, a new teacher will be assigned. Please refrain from maintaining contact with former teachers to avoid potential issues, for which eQuranClasses will not be liable.
  • Fee Adjustments: Annual fee adjustments may occur at a rate of approximately 6-7%, aligned with the terms of service and reflected at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.
  • Payment Discussions: All payment discussions should occur through official channels only. eQuranClasses is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from discussions held outside these channels.
  • Fee Policy Variability: Student fees may vary according to our prevailing policy conditions and terms of service at the time.
  • Teacher Holidays: Teacher holidays, particularly during Eid, are included in the monthly fees. These are paid leaves, and no make-up classes or refunds are offered for these periods.
  • Updates to Terms: eQuranClasses may revise these Terms of Service and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
  • Applicability: These Terms of Service and Conditions apply to all students enrolled with us.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: Specify that the content provided during the courses, including materials, videos, and other digital content, remains the property of eQuranClasses. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Refund Policy: Clearly define the conditions under which refunds might be granted. For instance, if a student cancels their enrollment before classes commence or under other specific circumstances.
